DR. PAM MAGEE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL
As chief administrative and supervisory official of Palisades Charter High School, Dr. Magee advocates for PCHS students to ensure that the rights of all students are respected and that all have equal access to educational opportunities. She works collaboratively with the PCHS Board of Trustees and school stakeholders to implement the school’s vision through the PCHS Schoolwide Goals, Long Term Strategic Plan (LTSP), Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Action Plan. |

Dr. Magee manages the administrative leadership team to fulfill the school’s mission and supervises all PCHS programs including academics, budget, human resources, and facilities. She directs the technology program to enhance the tracking of student information, communication with families, improve operational efficiency, and provide 21st century learning opportunities for students. She serves as the primary liaison with LAUSD, LA County Office of Education, and CA Department of Education and ensures compliance with federal and state laws. |

MARY BUSH, DIRECTOR OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
Ms. Bush provides direction, oversight and compliance monitoring for Student Support Services which includes the Special Education Department, Section 504 Coordination, the Health Office, Study Center and serves on the Budget and Long Term Strategic Planning Committees. She coordinates interagency services to meet student and program needs and serves on the Charter Operated Special Education Programs Coordinating Council. |
JEFF HARTMAN, DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC PLANNING AND GUIDANCE SERVICES
Mr. Hartman is responsible for counseling and guiding all students toward a rigorous common core curriculum that will enable them to be successful in college (including California A-G requirements) or other post-secondary goals. He builds the Master Schedule and oversees the performance and services rendered by the counseling staff. He supports and promotes student achievement and progress toward graduation through student conferences, interventions and school based support systems, supervises and administers the state testing program, |

independent study program, college counseling, as well as supervising the math and foreign language department. |
RUSSEL HOWARD, DIRECTOR OF STUDENT ACTIVITIES, ATHLETICS, DISCIPLINE AND SECURITY
Mr. Howard manages all aspects of PCHS athletics, student activities, the Deans, student discipline, and campus security. He helps ensure the safety of the school and oversees community service, PE, Science and transportation scholarships. He interprets and applies education codes, regulations, policies and procedures, and works with the community on student/community relations and LAUSD Family Liaison. |
MONICA IANNESSA, DIRECTOR OF STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT
Ms. Iannessa plans, organizes, designs, and direct programs, activities and operations of the Student Achievement Department including the Attendance and Admissions Office; she assures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supervises the Academic Achievement Team, assists in supervising curriculum and instruction, and evaluates assigned academic departments. She provides leadership for the instructional initiatives, and the development and implementation of action plans of the school including LTSP, WASC, Charter, and the EL |

DR. CHRIS LEE, DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS, ATTENDANCE, AND ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMS
Dr. Lee oversees admissions and attendance at Palisades Charter High School (PCHS), including overseeing the enrollment of incoming students. He also is the administrator of the alternative programs that Pali offers- Palisades Online Program (POP), the Virtual Academy, and the Temescal Academy. |

Dr. Lee serves on the Long Term Strategic Planning Committee, as well as the Academic Accountability Committee for the PCHS Board of Trustees. He is the administrator that provides support, oversight, and guidance for the English and World Language Department. Dr. Lee was a teacher in Pali's Social Science Department for 17 years before becoming an Assistant Principal and is a proud graduate of Pali’s Class of 1990. |
AMY NGUYEN, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Ms. Nguyen develops, implements, administers and interprets Human Resources policies, systems, processes and programs. She manages recruitment and selection, supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff, and plans and arranges appropriate training. She oversees employee-employer relations, health benefits, classification and compensation, staff development, employee records management, credentials and certification, classified and certificated substitute services, contract administration, and workers compensation program |

support. She also assures compliance with a variety of state and federal regulations, laws and reporting requirements. |
DAVID RICCARDI, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Riccardi oversees all aspects of the facilities, aquatic center and transportation departments. He manages various projects, including renovation and construction, IT, and the ongoing renovation of PCHS. He oversees campus safety, traffic flow, facility rental, custodial, filming. He also serves as Mentor for the PCHS Automotive Club. |
GREG WOOD, CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Mr. Wood supervises the business services that support PCHS, including Budget Development and Control, Payroll, Purchasing, ASB, Attendance Accounting, Fiscal Services, Accounts Payable, Accounting Services, and Nutrition Services. He provides accurate, timely budget information to the Executive Director and Board of Trustees, and ensures that the school’s financial records are in compliance with government guidelines. |
